TDQM Guide (“we,” “us,” “this site”) is an independent Dairy Queen menu and price information site. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field, so we can respond to you.

Information collected automatically. Like virtually every website, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information for every visit, things like IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting purposes. We don’t use this to identify individual visitors.

Cookies and advertising. This site may display advertisements served by Google and other third-party advertising vendors. These vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to visitors based on their visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

Visitors can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings, or opt out of a number of third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. Beyond advertising cookies, WordPress itself may set minimal technical cookies needed for the site to function correctly.

How we use information

We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your message or correction report. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Advertising vendors on this site operate under their own privacy policies, described above.

Links to other sites

This site links to Dairy Queen’s official website and app, and may link to other third-party sites (news sources, delivery platforms, etc.). We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to, check their own policies.

Data retention

We keep contact form messages only as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of corrections made to the site.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, at any time by emailing info@dairyqueensmenuprices.us or using the contact page. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
